Effective from 1st September 2005
This Addendum relates to software developed and
supplied by us. In addition to the standard warranties contained in
our Terms and Conditions of business, Single Click Solutions Ltd. offers
an upgrades and support service valid for one year from the date it is
taken up. The contract is renewable on the terms which are effective at
the time of renewal. The service includes:
1.
Service
Packs
Entitlement to all service packs released by us
during the course of the year.
2.
Modifications
and Improvements
We have an ongoing programme of customer feedback
intended to result in modifications and improvements to the software
supplied. Customers who have subscribed to our Upgrades and Support
Agreement are entitled to receive these, free of charge, as soon as they
are released
3.
Upgrades
We have an ongoing programme of development to bring
in new features into the software supplied. Customers who have
subscribed to our Upgrades and Support Agreement are entitled to receive
these, free of charge, as soon as they are released.
4.
Support
Entitlement to reasonable telephone support which
may extend to remote desktop support, wherever possible. Support
does not include training or on site attendance
